Ever since 1965, White people in Dallas have moved north every generation to escape integration. This map shows several iterations of White flight in DFW, and suburbs of Dallas now stretch as far north as Denton. Back in 2008, Plano was the wealthiest city in America (larger than 100k), beating out San Jose & San Francisco. 15 years later, it's the type of place where people get in brawls over childrens charity candy bars. In another 10 years people will be commuting from Southern Oklahoma to Dallas for work.
