American families who genuinely depend on food assistance are being shortchanged by a system that was never designed to support people who entered this country illegally and exploited programs meant for citizens in need. Every fraudulent dollar drained from SNAP is a dollar stolen directly from an elderly American a disabled veteran or a working family that paid into this system their entire lives. The politicians who set up this system knew exactly what was happening and chose open borders and virtue signaling over protecting the integrity of programs that vulnerable Americans depend on to survive.
