Please forgive me for this post. It may be offensive and raw to some, but I do feel it's the only way to get the message across. In South Africa the #rhino poaching carnage continues. 😡😡🤬🤬 In Kwa Zulu Natal (a province of South Africa) 150 rhinos were slaughtered by poachers in the province to date this year. This is already 48 more than the entire 2021. This government doesn't seem to have the true will to do much. Lip-service but no actions. The pain this animal endures is indescribable. A tranquilizer gun is often used to bring the rhino down, before its horn is hacked off, leaving the rhino to wake up and bleed to death very painfully and slowly. Murderous! As one of our well known vets who work in field says, without outside help, we won't win the war against the syndicates who run the poachers.
