You know what else is under Article III but in section 3? #Treason clause 1 and 2. So State cases re: election fraud are beyond #SCOTUS jurisdiction, however Trump's EO from 2018 covers election fraud well. #Election2020 interference reports get delivered to POTUS on Dec 17th, but (EO) listed departments still have another 45 days after to implement punishments.
