Throw fruits, greens and nuts in a big blender and gulp it down first thing in the morning, you should be still hungry for a bowl of oats/grains after. You now don’t have to stress about eating enough during the day. A smoothie is a fast way to get hundreds of calories. For bodybuilders, munching down thousands of WFPB calories (which are often low calorie-dense) can be hard, this trick helps but you may also want to use pottages, nuts or worse case scenario, some olive oil will help you reach calorie surplus.
