He was the one who spoke reasonably & cohesively Jan 5 & 6 regarding the desire & need to call for a '10 day time-out' to give State Legislatures the time they needed to undertake a good thorough examination of the goings-on in their states. AND he was the Senator who stood up with Congressman Gosar. AND he voted against accepting the PA Electors even though by that time PA had become moot. That's conscience. That's leadership. Only six R Senators voted against the GA Electors. Only 8 R Senators voted against the PA Electors. Senator Cruz was among both those groups. He mis-spoke. We can accept that. AND we need to remember which Senators stood up to be counted when it mattered and which ones didn't.
