@RepMattGaetz : Dear Representative Gaetz, Thank you for your service to our #GreatCountry. I write tonight to share a few thoughts with you regarding our current governmental #StateOfAffairs. The current federal government is a target-rich environment for corrective actions, meaning impeachment consideration: 1. Alejandro Mayorkas. The DHS' secretary's open border policy is directly responsible for an eight-fold increase in sexual offenses and an eight-fold increase in overall crime committed by illegal aliens by comparison to their lowest rates in FY 2019 and FY 2020 respectively (Please #ClickThePic). The numbers are staggering. 75,336 crimes committed in nearly six years with 1,439 of those being sexual offenses. With Mayorkas at the wheel, the homicide/manslaughter rate by illegal aliens is 30 times higher than in the Trump administration's lowest year: 122 in 2 years to 11 in 4 years respectively. I do not know if the victims were all U.S. citizens, but that is immaterial. Akin to the FBI's Wray, Mayorkas will weasel his way through any congressional verbal inquiry. My suggestion is to impeach Mayorkas for taking actions detrimental and dangerous to American citizens, which constitutes abuse of office, if not treason. Same goes for Garland, Wray, Yellen, SECDEF, FDA, CDC, HHS, the CIA director and any other elected or appointed official that has done likewise. The good thing about impeachments is that the judicial branch cannot stop them. Oath of office violations will work for U.S. Civil Servants too. #Criminal.? As for #NotMyPresident Biden, let him stew and wonder what's up unless the resources are available. I'm thinking that #WE_THE_PEOPLE are FAR more important than him (tell him so) and his family and that #Patriots like you and Representative Jordan are in the minority within the party. I circle back to the CBP crime data. Check the rape statistics by state. My research indicates higher rape rates in the locations where #JBD (Joe Bag Of Doughnuts) imported illegal aliens to. He circumvented the borders by flying the illegals into the country in the middle of the night. You probably know that but I'm #JustSaying. My next suggestion will garner serious and sustained opposition. Please draft legislation that will forbid dual citizenship and require United States citizenship in elected USG offices/positions (including federal judges) and any USG position that requires U.S. Senate confirmation. If the law can be made to be retroactive, that would be great, but I'm thinking snowball. Hence impeachments = replace with U.S. citizens. 2. That you spoke of lobbying is great. I intend to run for state office in Nevada or maybe congress in 2024. One of my personal agenda items is to tackle lobbying, meaning with legal restrictions on expenditures and on government officials' time. Likewise, cap the amount of money and gratuities that a government official can accept and make the government officials account for such, akin to a #TravelVoucher. Where does lobbying money go anyway.? Personally, I'd like to see lobbying banned altogether. 3. The revolving door must be closed. I worked in the contracted military aircraft maintenance (fighters and trainers) oversight function on active duty from 2001-2005. One ethics requirement was the waiting period to work for a/the contractor for which we provided USG oversight for ref a #ConflictOfInterest. Does the same requirement exist for U.S. Civil Servants in USG regulatory agencies.? If not, it should. I'm thinking at least a one year waiting period in each direction, especially if a civil servant leaves federal service for the industry and then plans to return to federal service and vice versa. Sir, I have more ideas to follow in a second post.
