Fat Caps Fungi is a husband (veteran) and wife owned gourmet mushroom farm in central PA. We offer several varieties of oysters, Lion's Mane and Trumpet mushrooms. We also offer amazing mushroom jerky, umami salts, freeze dried mushrooms, mushroom powders and functional mushroom infused coffee.
