APPEAL TO THE FACEBOOK OVERSIGHT BOARD. Dear FB Oversight Board, ( Feb. 16, 2025 ) Calling a persistent troll a "retarded subhuman" is a perfectly understandable response. I was provoked into providing MY OPINION regarding a person on the internet who was freely interacting with me. THIS is not a crime worthy of removing my ability to speak freely. I am not the one to be punished. Nor do I believe a persistent troll AKA "retarded subhuman" should be punished. Truthfully, I did not block or report him. Free Speech is Free Speech. We live in a free country, do we not? During our interaction, I could have blocked him, and he could have blocked me. But we BOTH did NOT block one and other. So... we both, as responsible adults, CHOSE TO INTERACT on Facebook. I believe in Free Speech. And... Calling people "hurtful names" is FREE SPEECH. I am very old and wise, and I believe that ANYONE who, while living in a FREE COUNTRY, uses the term "hurtful speech" actually IS a "retarded subhuman". Think about it. If you sincerely believe me to be wrong, YOU may also be a "retarded subhuman". As a clear-thinking human on Planet Earth, I have my GOD-given right to my OPINION, to share it freely and openly on ALL "soapboxes", internet or otherwise. I assume the "retarded subhuman" who reported my FREE SPEECH to The Facebook Speech Police WAS the person with whom I was communicating at the time... or perhaps, sadly, another unassociated "Karen" reported my provoked and honest comment(s). Honestly, I believe "HUMANS ARE CHIMPS, SOME ARE CHIMPER THAN THE OTHERS." Perhaps, "Karen" is the chimpiest of chimps.
