I'm embarrassed I didn't see this before. It's a very good point. Russia is using the Ukraine incident as training as well as accomplishing it's initial goals. The U.S. used to intentionally engage with Soviet supplied and trained forces frequently. It seems the Russians know that trick too, and the U.S. and NATO seem to have forgotten it. I know for a fact that they now know the glaring weaknesses of the U.S. and NATO Anti-Tank weapons.
