It wouldn’t surprise me if a Grand Jury has already returned an indictment on Fauci… recall, Grand Juries only see what evidence the prosecution is going to present. There is no counterpoint given to the jurors by any defense attorney. But, if there were a larger plan… and there is [45/47 is a Joint Chiefs/JAG military op]… Tony Fauci would have to present his [auto pen] signed full and unconditional presidential preemptive pardon as defense evidence for a motion to dismiss. Would be a great opportunity for the prosecution to challenge the validity of #FJB’s auto penned pardons, supported by the recently released ghostwriter tapes, and maybe the Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview recordings… set the first precedence, maybe? cc: #DeborahBirx, #VictoriaNuland
