ANYONE who says #resignations or #terminations have no impact on their staffing or budgets is purposefully NOT telling the truth. This kind of statement winds me up ... not only is it stupid for someone to say but it is blatantly #dishonest. Having over 25 yrs of HR and Talent Acquisition experience, I can attest that with each departure of ANY employee, the impacted company or organization experiences a financial loss of over 25% of that departing employee's annual salary.
