Das Dutchman Essenhaus has been a fixture in Middlebury, Indiana (Elkhart county) for more than 50 years. I remember going there as a boy and playing checkers with my cousins while we waited on a table. Now they have locations in Berlin and Sugarcreek, Ohio (Holmes County).
