The defendants include Bill Gates, former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, and the Dutch state." As the Dutch Prime Minister is still Mark Rutte, I suspect this civil lawsuit will go nowhere. That said, the US & Norway have an extradition treaty. Push come to shove, the Dutch could get Bill Gates hauled into court, and handed over on a silver platter. #MakeMyDay
