In this particular case the judge should be removed from the bench & face disbarment, imo. In a larger scope, judges should be held liable for their decisions.......e.g. if they allowed a person who committed a violent crime to reenter society at large......forgoing the penalties for committing an abominable crime......who said person then goes on to commit another heinous crime, the judge in the original case....the judge who let him go.......should be arrested & face the same dire consequences that the criminal faces in his/her next crime. No exceptions. #NannyMcPheeStompsHerCaneOnTheFloor!
