A 4-year-old boy, Gio Marino, spotted an injured man under a boat while driving with his dad in Cape Coral, Florida. Gio told his father, who later confirmed the sighting; they found a semiconscious man who had crashed an electric scooter into the boat. Gio's dad, a Cape Coral firefighter, assisted the man and called 911.
