Longview paper mill has a history of safety violations, according to KING 5 Investigators. An implosion at Nippon Dynawave Packaging on Tuesday resulted in at least one death and several critical injuries, with nine employees unaccounted for. The incident involved a 900,000-gallon tank of white liquor, a chemical used in papermaking, which ruptured. Fire officials are still investigating the cause.
