At approximately 6:30 a.m., a white female individual was observed in the act of removing mail from a community cluster mailbox unit situated in the 5400 block of Melody Park, within the Champions Point II subdivision. After taking an undisclosed amount of mail, she quickly entered a silver Mercedes-Benz vehicle. This car was displaying temporary tags that appeared to have been tampered with or altered. Following the theft, the suspect drove away from the scene, raising concerns about potential identity theft or mail fraud in the area.
