A 19-year-old was critically injured in an accidental shooting by his 18-year-old friend early Wednesday in Atascocita, Texas, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded to a call at 1:30 a.m. and discovered evidence of a crime at the home on Spring Brook Pass Drive. The shooting occurred in an upstairs room where five teens, including the victim and the suspect, were present. Two girls stated the incident was accidental. The sheriff's office noted that the victim was shot in the head while others were playing video games.
