Two men from the Aldine area, Juan Garcia, 46, and another unidentified individual, face animal cruelty charges after allegedly stabbing a 4-year-old pitbull named Bull-lit to death with a piece of sheet metal during an attack on May 8. The dog's owner, Eric Enriquez, was asleep at the time, but his aunt witnessed the incident. Garcia reportedly held Bull-lit in a headlock while the other man restrained him. Enriquez found his dog bleeding profusely and attempted to save him but was informed by a vet that Bull-lit could not be saved.
