A man has been charged with murder in the death of Persia Amarra Conway, whose body was found on May 25 in southwest Houston. Records show 22-year-old Daniel Ceron allegedly beat Conway to death and was seen disposing of evidence, including a cell phone and slippers. A woman reported that Ceron confessed to the murder, and he was also wanted for a burglary case in Fort Bend County tied to his former job at AutoZone. Ceron was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail. The motive for the murder remains unclear.
