A man was shot and killed after a fight broke out at a party in the Katy area around 12:15 a.m. on June 14, 2026. Harris County deputies found a 45-year-old man dead at the scene on Sandal Springs Drive. According to HCSO Sgt. Brown, a large fight involved multiple individuals, after which one person retrieved a firearm from a vehicle and shot the victim multiple times, indicating the shooter targeted him specifically.
