Public records indicated Brown badged into city facilities only 13 times since his appointment as Senior Advisor for Financial Integrity in January 2024 and sent about a dozen emails, none regarding fiscal matters. Hollins has called for Brown's temporary suspension and expects full cooperation in the investigation, which could take an extended period.
