Two teenagers have been arrested in Snohomish County in connection with a violent assault on a 16-year-old near Lake Pleasant, Arizona, over a year after the attack that was captured on video. The victim's mother, who wished to remain unnamed, described the incident where her son was dragged from a car and brutally beaten by a group while racially insulted. Following the attack, he suffered a fractured nose and called his mother for help. A 17-year-old initially arrested pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was lightly sentenced. The victim's mother was determined to see the other two attackers charged and recently learned they had been apprehended in Washington.
