Suspect in St. Paul triple homicide, Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, 30, an Ethiopian migrant, has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder after allegedly "executing" three property managers over a dispute regarding a $65 parking contract. Authorities report that Binessu shot the victims—Nansi G. Fuentes Zambrano, 25, Dena M. Silcox, 56, and Adam J. Wilwerding, 43—after a confrontation at Davern Park Apartments. Following the shootings, he fled in one of the victims' cars and was later apprehended with camping gear in St. Louis County.
