The Death Star was being built during Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith which was around 19 years before A New Hope. Imagine a gay frog running around telling the galaxy about it back then. . "You're crazy," some would say. Suddenly, in the 4th movie, the giant space station went fully operational and they started admitting to the existence of this galactic weapon. They went ahead to blow up a planet. . Likewise in our real world, they have been building Death Stars for decades and for centuries. Some people have been warning the world about it. Very similar to Noah saying there is a flood coming. Death Stars are fully operational right now in our real world today, in real life, we can all see it.
