Her for-profit company, Girls Club Entertainment LLC, has received separate payments of about $150,000 every year from the same nonprofit for fees, and film licensing. Combined payments to her and her LLC from her non-profit that is essentially funded with taxpayer dollars through her husband's office, is more than $3.7 million over the period. Executive pay equals from 20% to 34% of the nonprofit’s total expenses In addition, Jennifer's nonprofit has received substantial donations from corporations that lobby Gov. Newsom and hold major state contracts. Jennifer Siebel Newsom has pushed state spending initiatives that line up with her nonprofit’s work and films. Public schools using her content and the flow of donations from state-connected firms create a documented pipeline where government-funded education policies, generate revenue that supports her salary and her private company’s revenue. Former Newsom chief of staff Dana Williamson pleaded guilty on May 14, 2026, in federal court for conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud, subscribing to a false tax return, and making false statements. She admitted funneling $225,000 from a dormant campaign account of former Biden Health Secretary Xavier Becerra and claiming fraudulent expenses including a $15,000 Chanel bag, chartered jet, and a nearly $170,000 Mexico birthday trip.
