Newsom and his wife over alleged proof of laundering money from taxpayers into the Jennifer's non-profit organizations that received tens of millions in funds directed by the governor. #cali Reports are now surfacing that the DOJ has been surveilling the Newsom's for multiple years and have evidence of $100s of million is fraud - however the DOJ has not confirmed those reports #FBI The federal investigation started in early 2025 and stems from whistleblower complaints about Jennifer Newsom's NGO receiving millions in taxpayer dollars that she then directed to her for-profit company and her own salary. Details: 🔺️The investigation focuses on Jennifer Siebel Newsom’s tax filings and whether the money from her nonprofits were used for personal benefit. 🔺️Newsom’s wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom funneled nearly $3.9 million from her Sacramento-based “gender justice” NGO (which is 33% of the charity's annual revenue) straight to herself and her private film company, according to IRS tax filings The money came from The Representation Project, the charity she founded in 2011 which claims to fight “intersectional gender stereotypes” and “harmful gender norms” through films and school programs. 🔺️IRS Form 990 filings for tax years 2011 through 2024 show she took $1.8 million in personal salary as founder and chief creative officer while her for-profit company. 🔺️Girls Club Entertainment LLC, pulled in another $2.1 million in “writer/director/producer fees” and film licensing payments for her documentaries like Miss Representation and The Mask You Live In. 🔺️That money came directly from California public school budgets - AKA taxpayers. 🔺️Newsom directed payments, like charitable donations he solicited then told the companies who to give the money to, to his wife's California Partners Project to the tune of $4.3 million 🔺️He recently paid a $31,500 fine from state ethics officials for failing to report millions in those types of directed donations on time. 🔺️Newsom allegedly routed over $350 million in state resources or taxpayer-influenced funds to his favored far left charities and causes, some of which have ties back to organizations linked to his wife or political allies. 🔺️Those companies than secured large contracts from the state 🔺️The payments raise questions of self-dealing and private inurement, where taxpayer dollars flow to family-connected entities through nonprofits. Fraud has already been discovered in Newsom's inner circle. In May 2026, Newsom’s former chief of staff Dana Williamson, 53, of Carmichael, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud, filing a false tax return, and making false statements to a federal agent. (she wore an FBI wire in to Newsom inner circle meetings) The scheme diverted approximately $225,000 from a dormant political campaign account tied to former Attorney General Xavier Becerra. Funds were funneled through shell entities and disguised as payments for a no-show job. Williamson also claimed over $1.7 million in false business deductions, causing roughly $504,000 in tax loss.
