WTF is going on in Texas? #new Trump will petition the Supreme Court for a re-hearing on birthright citizenship after Anchor Baby hospitals were discovered in Texas. #DC Billboards were put up in Mexico advertising for 'birth packages' in the U.S. Those billboards reading 'Have my baby in Texas' in both English and Spanish for a few thousand dollars. #mexico President Trump saying, "Signs and Billboards are being put up all over our Southern Border, and Mexico, advertising BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP, with 'Deliveries starting at $4000.'” "That is a CRIME, and therefore, the Supreme Court’s ruling is wrong. I will be asking for a Rehearing by the United States Supreme Court, IMMEDIATELY. This miscarriage of justice will destroy America if they don’t change their absolutely insane decision.” #texas “US CITIZENSHIP IS NOT FOR SALE!” Governor Greg Abbott has also directed HHS to investigate Mission Regional Medical Center - the hospital advertising 'birth packages' in Texas. The hospital also allegedly marketed the 'anchor baby' service on their now removed website, explicitly targeting foreign nationals seeking U.S. citizenship for their children through birth tourism. #hospital Gov. Abbott's letter to HHSC accused the facility of profiting from birth tourism that exploits the 14th Amendment. The hospital confirmed the advertising but claimed the "materials are no longer in use." 🔷️Under Supreme Court Rule 44, a party is allowed to file a petition for rehearing within 25 days (about 3 and a half weeks) after the judgment (The decision in Trump v. Barbara was made on June 30th). 🔷️The petition must briefly state grounds, such as overlooked facts, new evidence, or errors, and include a good-faith certification. 🔷️It requires 40 copies and a filing fee. 🔷️The Court rarely grants rehearings, but it can if it finds compelling reason, like new developments or a clear miscarriage. 🔷️If granted, the case could be reargued or the opinion modified. Republicans say birthright citizenship was never meant as a loophole for tourists, visa overstays, or illegal migrants to manufacture citizens at taxpayer expense, then sponsor relatives. They say that the 14th Amendment was intended for freed slaves after the Civil War and was not meant for mass illegal migration or commercial "anchor baby" schemes. President Trump, Governor Abbott, and others point out the blatant exploitation: billboards across the southern border and Mexico, hospitals cashing in, and chain migration that follows one birthright citizen. On June 30th, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the liberals in striking down President Trump's executive order banning birthright citizenship. (6-3) Now, with the new evidence of U.S. hospitals offering a paid service to illegal migrants to buy American citizenship for their babies, the Trump administration will ask the High Court to reconsider. #ChristinaAguayoNews 20 Million Illegal Votes Matters.................to Corrupt Democrat Politicians.
