@Gabriels_Horn while I can’t do anything monetary for anyone, I have given heirloom seeds to everyone who will take them, educated about the uses of wild plants to anyone who will listen, and my goal for next year is to turn people on to fermentation. I’m only just setting out learning about this myself, but I’m going to take as many people on the journey with me as I can. I’m starting with water kefir, sauerkraut, and sourdough, and I’m hoping to have enough knowledge under my belt by the spring Plantswap in March to start teaching/encouraging others. Just got some new heirloom cabbage seeds yesterday, and I’ll be setting out at least a hundred baby sprouts in Dixie cups at the Plantswap to share, along with a diy sauerkraut print-out. We are all doing what we can from where we are!
