As a gift. And then, three months later, they did a cash-out refi for $2.7 million. And you don't have to pay taxes on that. So if somebody gives you a home, you then do a cash-out refi, you get that money, and you can do whatever you want with it, and you don't pay taxes on it. That's quite a scheme, ain't it?"
