ALGORITHM🚨 Dr. Douglas Frank (@FollowTheData) says the algorithms began appearing around 2004, but became much more apparent around 2008 during the big emphasis to register to vote driver's license applicants at the DMV. This created a pool of registered voters who did not vote, but could be monitored and used to launder fake votes.🔻
