The judge who released Decarlos Brown Jr, murderer of Iryna Zarutska, was Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes. She freed Brown in January 2025, approximately seven months before the fatal stabbing on August 22, 2025. She did not attend law school, she did not have to pass the bar, she was completely unqualified and was hand-selected and appointed to the position to protect criminal Blacks in her community. It’s time for White people to start doing the same.
