A female Washington State trooper let an illegal immigrant truck driver walk free despite missing CDL paperwork. He later caused a massive freeway pile-up, in which a school bus was one of the vehicles hit. He should be deported immediately, but the trooper and the company managers who hired him should face charges, too.
