"Two weeks to slow the spread" could have been a reality had we dealt with the situation properly. - Temporarily quarantine the elderly and immune compromised - Allow the healthy people of society to live as normal and establish herd immunity - Provide safe and effective therapeutics to those in need Literally nothing else needed to be done to stop the pandemic from happening. No lockdowns. No masks. Nothing. This level of incompetence wasn't a mistake, it was planned. No amount of mental gymnastics is going to change that.
