Updated. I will add more details on what each phytochemical does ( the health benefits and studies etc ) These pages are not finished. There's just so much information on them to cover. Each phytochemical could be turned into an entire page of its own. I really enjoy adding the unique original touch though, because otherwise the page is just facts that anyone could find elsewhere... It's the original touch, and the investigative twist, that gives it its pizazz.. At any rate, I hope it helps you learn something new.
