Random Comments On The Current Madness You can't throw a stone blindfolded anymore without hitting five things that richly deserve it... 1. A RECENT EDITION of the Detroit News contained the assertion by John E. Johnson Jr., the interim Executive Director of Michigan's Department of Civil Rights, that "COVID-19 had a disparate impact on people of color." Johnson even goes so far as to say that "no one disputes that" ridiculous assertion. As can be gathered, I dispute that "disparate impact" absurdity.
