WHILE DOING SOME CLEAN-UP of the incredible tonnage of tax-related flotsam and jetsam that has washed up on my shores over the years, I came across a long-forgotten smile-inducing item I had found way back in the early "aughts" of this new century during what, despite the war of aggression against Iraq and the USA PATRIOT Act outrage, almost seem like "the good old days" compared to today's COVID coup and Brandon's Build Back Broken agenda.
