On 29 July, 1883, Benito Mussolini, the creator of Fascism, leader and savior of Italy, defender of Christian Italian civilization (in the widest sense Christian European civilization), Germany's greatest friend as well as Hitler's, was born. Mussolini was one of Hitler's earliest role models after his glorious and successful March on Rome. Mussolini then proceeded to free Italy of communists and Freemasons. He returned the crucifix to schools, hospitals, government buildings and made Catholicism the official religion of Italy. He also 'freed the Pope' by signing the Lateran Treaty. He rid Italy of the Mafia problem, caused the birth rate to soar, made Italy largely self-reliant after the successful battles of the grain and lira. Until Hitler took power in Germany, Italy was essentially the only country virtually unphased by the 'Great Depression'. Contrary to popular belief, Mussolini was always against Jews, as well as race mixing, before the Nürnberg Race Laws, before Hitler was in power. Mussolini said to Hitler he would never forget the fact that Germany chose to not sanction Italy when the rest of the world did during the Ethiopian war (which was provoked by Ethiopians, Walwal incident). It is thanks to Mussolini that the Annexation of Austria and the Sudetenland happened the way they did. Hitler told Mussolini he would never forget that. After Germany invaded Poland on 1 September, 1939 (after increased persecution of Germans, even attacks against Germany itself), Mussolini sought to end the then German-Polish war on 2 September by inviting Poland, England and France to a peace conference to prevent a world war by ending the German-Polish war. However, the warmongers of the West refused and instead declared war on Germany the next day, making it a world war. Mussolini initially stayed out of the war, since Italy was not ready for such a conflict (neither was Germany, as neither Hitler nor Mussolini planned for any war, let alone a world war). Once Italy joined, it was very possible for Italy alone to have defeated the Allies in North Africa, the Med and the Middle East, if only Graziani had listened to Mussolini's orders to continue advancing. Sadly, Graziani chose to fortify his positions as the English inflated their numbers to deceive the Axis. Italy, as Germany, was unfortunately infected by traitors like Badoglio who ultimately caused the defeat of the Axis. On 28 April, 1945, Mussolini was murdered by communists while on route to make his final stand in the Valtellina, to ''die with the sun in his face and his eyes gazing at the mountain tops, the last smile of the Fatherland.'' Contrary to Allied propaganda, Mussolini had no mistress. Clara Petacci was simply the sister of one of Mussolini's other followers, Marcello. Mussolini was loyal to his wife Rachele until the end, as he was loyal to Christ, Italy and his friend, Adolf Hitler, with whom he 'marched to the end together', as he said he would on 28 September, 1937 in Berlin. Mussolini will go down in history (once World Jewry is forever defeated) as one of the greatest, if not the greatest, Italian leaders of all time. To mention all the achievements of Mussolini would take up multiple large books. I would suggest one reads 'What Italy Owes to Mussolini' by Mario Missiroli, for one thing.
