Fruit has become a health food, something you're supposed to eat regularly. My diabetic friend, eats 3 "Cuties" oranges & starts losing feeling in his toes. Yeah, fruit is packed w/ sugar. Fiber or not, your body WILL absorb it, regardless if you have a insulin spike or not. Your body doesn't care what type of sugar it is. I get all the vitamin C I need from a slice or two of lime a week, and what little is in the low-carb foods I consume. Low-carb means my body isn't going to strip my body of vitamin C. #Truth #MAHA #Keto #Carnivore #health
