Notice 3112 - 10-19-23 "Prestigious law firm Davis Polk rescinded job offers to three students who led organizations at their respective universities, Harvard and Columbia, that signed on to open letters criticizing Israel after the country was attacked by Hamas terrorists. "These statements are simply contrary to our firm's values and we thus concluded that rescinding these offers was appropriate in upholding our responsibility to provide a safe and inclusive work environment for all Davis Polk employees," Barr wrote in the email. Barr did not reveal the students' names or point to the specific letters, but said the law firm was still in contact with two of the students and may reconsider the hiring reversals if their explanations warrant doing so. Davis Polk is the latest in a series of employers that have publicly withdrawn job offers to students linked to anti-Israel letters issued by pro-Palestinian college groups in the wake of the surprise attack Hamas launched on Israel earlier this month, when the terrorists murdered hundreds of Israeli civilians and took more than 100 hostage in Gaza." On that note... It’s funny and just plain STUPID, these same college people support LGBTQ and trans and these same Hamas, Palestinians would kill them if they lived among them. No trial no negotiation.. just chop their head off or shoot them. And they still support these people, talk about STUPID! Just WOW!! Is that what college is doing ..making young adults STUPID or just ignorant? And... Yes, this is the same worthless generation that is pushing for a cashless system, communism, electric vehicles, eating bugs and food created in a lab. Those young hateful antiSemetic, fascist are going to be running businesses, property management, be lawyers, judges and cops harboring hate for Jewish people, they're turning this into their 4th Reich! These people just don’t get it. Palestinian Hamas started this mess knowing Israel will strike back and will continue to destroy everything that Hamas can use to hide. There are miles of hidden tunnels that lead directly under any hospitals in the Gaza Strip. This country cannot afford to have Palestinian sympathizers gaining positions in American law. Do you think these colleges would remove the students who are disrupting the educational system? I don't think so... we both know that won't happen. Keep in mind that a few years back, Harvard along with a handful of other "Ivy League" universities, received MILLIONS in donations (to further Islamic studies in these institutions) from the crown prince Alwaleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Alsaud. Anyhow... I love the ones that now claim they signed it without reading it! Students all of a sudden just realized their signature just dictated their future. Be careful what you sign. Your signature on anything should have been the very first thing one learns.. read before signing! Smh. In any case... Hamas is responsible for the deaths of innocents in both Israel and Gaza. All foreign protesting students who support Hamas need to have their student visas pulled and kicked out of America. The Congressmen & women who support Hamas and spread lies about Israel bombing the hospital in Gaza needs to be censured.
