How the FBI hides nonwhite crime and blames it on whites: This poster, recently issued by the FBI as an addition to its "Ten Most Wanted" Fugitives, features one WILVER VILLEGAS-PALOMINO, wanted for "narco-terrorism." His race, according to the FBI, is "white." This is standard practice on the part of the FBI and the US Government in general.
