Michael Dozier, Ph.D., a member of the Project 21 black leadership network, is a conservative talk show host and political analyst for RANT2014.com and a member of the Wayne Dupree talk radio show’s NewsNinja Team. He is also a reporter for Examiner.com. Dr. Dozier has engaged in advanced studies in homeland security issues, risk analysis, emergency management and disaster preparedness. He has worked with Start-EMS in humanitarian aid missions in Africa, Asia, the Balkans and in America.
