Milwaukee police were chasing Nicholas Maslowski (31) as he was suspected of murder. Mr. Maslowski's vehicle crashed and he opened fire on officers. Multiple police officers then decided it was time for an impromptu 9mm and 5.56 ballistics test on his torso and the test was a success. Mr. Maslowski died, saving taxpayers millions of dollars.
