Boulder, Colorado police have repeatedly denied records requests by citizens for the information Flock cameras/drones/software/voice recordings/etc.... are collecting, storing, and selling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So, they're suing the city. Who could have predicted these systems would be misused and would be used exploit law abiding American citizens just going about their lives? Everyone.
