Ambrose Ramsey Jr. (19) opened fire with a switch equipped firearm inside a clothing store in Memphis attempting to kill his "op" on Sunday. Of course, he didn't hit the man he was attempting to kill and instead shot an innocent male child in the store who is expected to recover after being taken to Regional One Hospital.
