ANOTHER dirty cop caught breaking the law and violating American's civil rights by using Flock cameras/AI powered software to spy on a romantic partner. Ellie Hammond reportedly unlawfully used her access to the Flock system at least 166 times between March and July. The kicker? She hasn't been arrested and probably won't be.
