Let me repost this for the doubting, shilling, colluding people. Watch it. Learn. it's little dots interspersed between the words that spell out VOTED and other words. to us they are tiny tiny dots. TO the FEDS? I bet it is more than that. It's not printed on. It is in the paper itself, that the feds provided to the local/state to print the ballot info on.
