How brave! Oregon’s AG is suing to stop the feds from getting commercial driver data that could pull illegal and unqualified truckers off the roads. Protecting the privacy of drivers who may not even be here legally takes priority over keeping 80,000-pound rigs driven by people who shouldn’t have a CDL in the first place.
