#Australia: Thomas Sewell is the leader of the National Socialist Network, an Australian NS organization. He is currently in jail, awaiting trial on charges of "behaving in an offensive manner while in public." Specifically, was arrested for leading a peaceful, legal NS march in 2023. The Ballarat Magistrates' Court recently denied Mr. Sewell a postponement of his trial date, which Sewell requested to allow him more time to prepare his defense. The court did, however, order that prison authorities return Sewell's copy of Mein Kampf to him, which they had seized. More news on this case as it develops.
